Kimmel & Silverman does not charge fees to clients because we use fee-shifting statutes If the client proceeds with a case, participates but does prevail, there is absolutely no cost for our services. Win or lose, clients will never be required to pay any money out of their pocket, provided they cooperate in prosecuting the case.
